Pro-Fondi EVO is an electric device that activates automatically, designed to thoroughly clean the portafilter in just two seconds.
It is connected to a bag that directly collects ground coffee, preventing the dispersion on the countertop. No special cleaning or maintenance is required, making the barista’s manual work easier and more efficient. It also eliminates the noise of the traditional “tap”, improving the acoustic comfort of the space.
The updated EVO version features a modern design with no sharp edges, making it very easy to clean.
On the front, there are two photocells and a touch button: the photocells automatically activate the motor when they detect hand movement for cleaning.
Il Pro-Fondi EVO è inoltre dotato di una girante senza molle in poliuretano universale, per i diametri sia di 53-54mm che di 57-58mm. Con questa girante non è più richiesta la dimensione del portafiltro.
