The PUQPress M5 è progettato per adattarsi ai macinacaffè E80 & E80 GBW di Mahlkönig, il Puqpress M5 si posiziona perfettamente sotto il macinacaffè, risparmiando spazio prezioso sul bancone.
L’ M5 ottimizza il processo di preparazione del caffè, dal dosaggio alla pressatura, che ora può essere completato in meno di 5 secondi (circa 3 secondi per la macinatura e 1,5 per la pressatura).
Despite its compact design, the M5 offers all the typical advantages of a Puqpress: consistent tamping with numerous style (5 programs) and pressure (4-30 kg) modes.
In addition to the default program, it also offers four other tamping styles, including single, triple, delicate, and even a unique tamping style where the piston slowly retracts.
This device also includes a cleaning program thanks to the convenient presence of a dedicated button that slowly raises and lowers the piston, allowing baristas to remove coffee residue that may accumulate during the operation and affect the tamping quality.
